Return and Withdrawal Policy for PLAGOLO

Withdrawal Right:

In accordance with German consumer protection laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract with PLAGOLO, located at the address provided in the Impressum, within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer takes possession of the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must inform PLAGOLO in writing via email or letter.

Return of Goods:

After notifying the customer of their withdrawal, they have an additional 14 days to return the goods to PLAGOLO at their own expense. The goods must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.

Refund:

PLAGOLO will refund the customer all payments made, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different shipping method than the one offered by PLAGOLO as the standard shipping method), within 14 days of receiving the goods and after inspecting the condition of the returned items. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Exclusions:

The withdrawal right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, as well as sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
